Chester is a city in located in the county of Cheshire, on the River Dee bordering Wales. Due to its location, Chester has an oceanic climate that characterized for being warm, but not hot in summers and not very cold in winters. The absolute maximum temperature recorded was 35.2 °C (95.4 °F) and the minimum temperature recorded was -18.2 °C (-0.8 °F)
The weather in England is moderate but very variable; it's a good idea to have an umbrella to hand. Chester is rather cold in winter, especially around December and January, so be sure to pack according to the season.
